| 1986: | In June we were recognized by the IRS as tax exempt charity and qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts. |
| 2005: | In December 'Members Only' preview sale instituted |
| 2006: | In March we instituted (again for members only) a Book-finding service. If a member wants a particular book, or books by a particular author, or is perhaps missing a book out of a series, this service would attempt to find it. |
| 2007: | In May our own Friends website was launched.
This year we also set and published goals for retaining existing members while acquiring new ones. Our overall target was 200 households representing 265 individuals. By year end we exceeded our targets by 11 and 13 respectively. |
| 2008: | In April we changed our monthly Board meeting time from 6:30 pm to 3:30 pm to better accommodate our members. Our 2008 membership target was 285 households representing 375 individuals. We fell short for the year but still hope to make it up next year. |
| 2009: | Our 2009 membership goals were a repeat of last year. This time we met the households exactly but fell short by 11 on individuals. Monthly Board meeting again changed to the third Tuesday at 9:30 am. |
